Bust out of any rut in your life.  Bad habits, negative thought patterns, behaviours that hold you back.  Get rid of phobias, stop smoking, remove those road blocks that keep you from losing weight, finding a relationship, changing jobs or succeeding in any other area of your life. This is an intensive yet fun and playful 6 hour session spread over 2 days.  There will be an additional 2 - 4 hours of pre-work done on your own and potentially some post-session follow up work.  Includes one post-session phone coaching session.  Results Guaranteed!
