What is Influential Leadership?
Influential Leadership combines a new Leadership Perspective with the methods and skills of Tactical Analysis, the recently developed and incredibly effective methodology for organisational change that includes; systems thinking, cybernetics, perceptual control theory and the philosophy of language.
When these two components are combined leaders have a whole new set of skills for moving their organisations forward confidently in very uncertain times.
Influential Leadership’s strength lies in the results created by its practical application: it specifically highlights what leaders need to do in order to be effective both in the short and long term.
